Frequently Asked Questions


Q: Do you have any items in stock?
A: We do not have any items in stock. All items are manufactured as they are ordered, in the order they are received.  

Q: How long will it take to receive my order after it is placed?
A: Our normal production time is 4 to 6-months. However, sometimes the production time exceeds this time frame if we have received a large number of orders. Since we cannot predict the number of orders we will have at any given time, we suggest placing orders 6-months in advance just in case there is an extended wait time.

Q: Why does it take so long to get orders fulfilled?
A: We are a small company manufacturing items for women Religious from all over the world. We are doing all we can to get the orders fulfilled as soon as possible. However, since we are unable to keep items stocked and we receive very large orders, as well as many smaller ones, there can be an extended wait time for your order to arrive. We recommend ordering at minimum 6-months in advance of when you need the items (such as for Professions) so that your order will arrive in time.    

Q: If I ordered only one item, do I still have to wait 4 to 6-months or longer for my order to ship?
A: Yes. We receive many orders for one or two items. All orders are put in line with all the other orders, according to when they were received. We cannot put an order ahead of another, even if it is only for one item.  So it's not that it takes so long to complete a small order, but rather it takes time to get through all the other orders placed before yours.

Q: Can I put a rush on an order because I need it right away?
A: No. We do not put orders ahead of others that were placed before them. Everyone needs their items as soon as possible. That is why we suggest placing your order well in advance so that you can have it on time.  

Q: My credit card was charged when I placed my order online, does that mean my order has shipped?
A: Our policy is to require prepayment on all orders before production begins. Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. 

Q: I forgot the password for my account. When I try to recover my password with the Forgot Password link, entering my first name, last name, and email address, the system states it cannot locate my account. Was my account deleted? How can I recover my password?
A: Our system will not locate your account without the exact name used to sign up for the account. If Sister or Sr. was used with your first name, Sister or Sr. must be entered with your first name in the First Name field. If you are unable to recover your password, please send us an email and we will assist you with the recovery.
Care Instructions for Wright's Products


Anne Marie Cap

Wash by hand in cold water with a small amount of your favorite laundry detergent or Woolite.  Drip Dry. Do not wring. Do not place in washing machine or dryer, as plastic insert will be damaged.


Cap Care (all caps, except Anne Marie Cap)

Wash in cold water on Permanent Press setting with your favorite laundry detergent. Tumble dry on low setting. Do not iron white band.  Remove plastic insert (if part of cap design) before laundering.  Though caps can be machined washed and dried, hand washing and line drying is recommended.  Do not wring.  

Caution: Close Velcro completely when laundering to prevent rough side of Velcro from snagging cap fabric.  


Mesh Frame Care

Wash by hand in cold water. Woolite is recommended. Drip dry. Do not wring. Do not iron. Do not place in washer or dryer. The wire does not need to be removed for washing, as it is "marine grade" and therefore rust resistant. 

Note: The wire in the mesh frames may be bent for a perfect fit. When you get a new frame, please adjust the wire so that it is most comfortable for you.


Veil Care (For veils without plastic inserts.)

Wash in cold water on Permanent Press setting with your favorite laundry detergent. Tumble dry on low setting. If ironing is desired, use lowest heat setting. Hand washing and line drying is recommended. Do not wring.

Caution: Close Velcro completely when laundering to prevent rough side of Velcro from snagging veil fabric.
Please note that we are not able to maintain items in stock. We manufacture all items as they are ordered, in the order received. We recommend ordering as early as possible, as it could take 4 to 6-months or longer, depending on our workload, to complete your order.

Polices

PAYMENT TERMS

We require payment in full on all orders before they will be processed. We do not offer credit terms. We accept checks, money orders, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and others) and PayPal. Credit cards are charged at time of order. 

SHIPPING

All orders being delivered in the continental United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation. Please include $8.00 for shipping on orders up to $99.00. If the order is $99.01-$200.00, please include $12.00 for shipping. If the order is over $200.00, please include $15.00 for shipping. We estimate shipping costs, but really do not know the true cost until the item(s) are packaged and weighed. If the cost of shipping turns out to be more, we will send an invoice with your order for the additional charge. 

* For orders being delivered outside the continental United States, please contact us for a quote on shipping costs prior to placing your order.

MINIMUMS - Orders to be shipped abroad.

There are no minimums for orders shipped to an address in the United States.  We do require a minimum order of $300.00 for orders being shipped outside the United States, not including shipping costs.  We will not accept small orders from individual Sisters outside the United States due to a number of issues: cost of shipping, customs related issues, and not being able to verify the person placing the order is actually a Religious Sister.  We will only accept orders from outside the United States placed by communities, rather than individual Sisters.      

RETURNS - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We accept returns only for exchange on our regular catalog items that are returned to us in an unused condition within 30-days of receipt. We will charge shipping costs for sending the exchanged items.  Once an order has been placed, there will be absolutely NO REFUND or CANCELLATION of that order.  Modifications may be made to the order (size, color, etc.) within one-week from the time the order is made.     

In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we will replace it. We will also pay the cost of returning the defective item to us for exchange.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to addresses in Missouri will be charged sales tax of 8.475%, unless we receive a copy of a Tax Exempt Certificate to place on file.
